A Heat Conductometer is used for demonstrating the different heat conductivity of five metals by observing the melting of wax placed on the ends of the bars. Consists of five rods (l x d), 75 x 5 mm of aluminum, brass, nickel, copper, and stainless steel which are radially fitted on a brass disk of about 22 mm diameter. In the Conductometer Thermodynamics Apparatus for physical science and physics, investigate how different types of metals conduct heat as you hold the center of the conductometer over a flame.
