PCR Tube

Small tubes called PCR tubes are used for polymerase chain reactions (PCR). These tubes are produced from a variety of materials, come in a range of capacities, and have various RCF ratings. PCR tubes are employed in molecular biology applications such as DNA extraction, PCR, and quantitative PCR. PCR tubes are tiny, virgin polypropylene tubes with a conical bottom and snap-cap lead that are constructed of high-quality material. For effective heat transfer to the sample, they have uniformly thin walls. These tubes can be autoclaved and function with the majority of heat cyclers.
