Return Policy:

Our company policy allows you to return items within 30 days, as long as the returned items are completely unused and in their original packaging. If you are looking to return an item, it is required that you submit the return form on our website. If you need help with the return form, you can call us at 1-833-710-3737, and our customer support team will be more than happy to assist you.

  1. As mentioned above, we accept returns within 30 days of your original invoice. However, all items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  2. If an item is returned and the original packaging is damaged, there will be a 20% restocking fee. (This does not apply to used, defective or damaged items.)
  3. If you wish to return an item, you have two options. You can either return the securely packaged item to our return address, which can be found on the return form by your carrier of choice. Should you choose not to proceed with the first option, you can contact us, and we will issue a prepaid UPS return label, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
  4. When you successfully return an item, you will receive the refund amount through your original payment method. However, we also offer an electronic code that gives you a store credit with the same amount as your refund amount.
  5. Please note that chemicals, the items that start with CH, are not refundable and are final sale.

Customer satisfaction remains our top priority at Norchemist. Hence, as mentioned earlier, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days with the conditions stated above.

Here at Norchemist, we process and handle each order very carefully and delicately. However, in the unlikely event that you receive items that have been damaged in shipping or are defective, please call our customer support team, and we will fix the problem promptly and at our own expense. Please note that the same policy applies to the unpropitious event that the items you receive do not match your order. There is no need to return the item(s) in both these circumstances, and all you need to do is contact our customer support team at 1-833-710-3737, and we will sort the problem out instantaneously.

Replacement Policy:

Here at Norchemist, we acknowledge how critical it is for our customers to receive their orders on time and in the best condition possible.

However, if you receive items that have been damaged in shipping or the items you have received do not match with your original order, we will be happy to replace them at our own expense. Please note that replacements will occur with the quickest shipping method available.

Warranty:

Please note that the warranty on all Norchemist products is for one year since purchase. This, however, does not apply to parts that could be worn out throughout time, such as batteries, bulbs, or any mishaps due to abuse, misapplication, modifications, or accidents.

Shipping:

  1. Please note that all available shipping methods will be shown when you proceed to checkout.
  2. Keep in mind that except UPS Air orders, which are placed before 12:00 pm EST, all orders are normally shipped within the next business day.
  3. Your order ships from Vaughan, Ontario.


Backorders:

The Norchemist website allows you to use the backorder option. Please note that except for UPS Next Day, UPS 2 Day, and UPS 3 Day shipping methods, we may hold orders for up to a week if we expect out-of-stock items to be restocked. In the case of a backorder, the shipping of the backordered items will occur separately from the available and in-stock items’ shipment. Backordered items are typically shipped within three weeks from the date the order is placed, and you always have the option to cancel your backorders as long as it is before the shipment date.

Credit account:

Norchemist is proud to offer open credit accounts to institutions such as schools and universities, yet this does not apply to businesses. If you are shopping for an accredited institution like a school or a university, you can easily email your purchase order to Norchemist. If you are a teacher or a laboratory manager and want to ensure your order’s accuracy, you can attach a copy of your online shopping cart on the Norchemist website.

After sending your purchase order to us via email, we will process your order and promptly, and an invoice will be sent to your organization. Keep in mind that Net 30 terms will be applied.

Once your Norchemist credit account is up and running, you can continue to submit your purchase orders via email and the institutions you are shopping for will receive the invoice.

Requesting a quote

If you need a quotation from us, you can simply send us an email consisting of the name of the items you would like to get the quote on, the quantities, your complete shipping address and your shipping method of choice. If you do not include your shipping method of choice, we will automatically assume the UPS Ground service as your method of choice.

Sales tax:

Under Provincial sales tax law, you are required to pay GST/HST on your total purchase.

Rewards:

Shopping from Norchemist comes with tons of rewards. Our currency at Norchemist is called “Norbuck”. Generally speaking, you get Norbucks as a reward for different activities on our website. To begin with, as a token of our appreciation, you will receive 50 Norbucks when you create an account on the Norchemist website. Subsequently, for every $10 that you spend, you will receive 1 Norbuck. In simple terms, every 10 Norbucks that you collect equals $1, which you can further redeem while checking out. Please note that you can always check your available Norbucks when you check your account on our website.
